1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inurum Technologies ("Inurum", "we", "us", or "our"), having its registered office at Plot no 388, AB Rd, Behind C21 Mall, Scheme 54 PU4, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India.

By accessing or browsing https://inurum.com, submitting inquiries, requesting product demos or hardware prototypes, or using our proprietary IoT applications (including Trackify GPS), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Custom Engineering Services & Quotations

Inurum Technologies provides full-stack IoT engineering, custom PCB design, embedded firmware development, mobile application development, and cloud telematics infrastructure.

• Proposals & Quotations: Information and pricing provided through website quotation forms, WhatsApp chats, or emails represent preliminary engineering estimates and become binding only upon execution of a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
• Hardware Prototypes: Demonstration devices, proof-of-concept units, and reference designs (such as Dashcam or SmartBottle engineering concepts) are provided strictly for evaluation, testing, or custom production development.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including architectural diagrams, circuit schematics, 3D renderings, product designs, case studies, firmware documentation, logos, and software code — is the proprietary intellectual property of Inurum Technologies or its respective licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Clients who engage Inurum for custom development receive full ownership of client-specific project deliverables, custom firmware, and PCB layout files as defined in their individual contractual SOW.

4. Trackify GPS & IoT Device Usage

For customers deploying Trackify 4G GPS trackers and connected vehicle telematics:

• Authorized Use Only: Trackers and relay cut-off controls must be installed only on vehicles you legally own or are authorized to manage.
• Compliance with Traffic Laws: Users must comply with applicable automotive and telematics regulations in their operating jurisdiction.
• Connectivity & SIM Management: Active 4G cellular service is required for live tracking and remote cut-off features. Service availability depends on telecom network coverage.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This website and its reference concepts are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Inurum Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, temporary cellular connectivity disruptions, or third-party telecom carrier outages.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
