Agricultural enterprises managing dozens of harvest teams had no reliable way to track worker output in real time. Supervisors reconciled handwritten tallies at end-of-day — hours after corrective action could have mattered. Harvest quantities, worker hours, and task completions lived in notebooks, not systems.

The client needed a field-ready mobile platform workers could operate with minimal training, that synced data even under poor connectivity, and that gave farm managers a live dashboard — not a next-morning report.

A full telemetry stack built for the field.

Inurum architected and delivered Fruitrack end-to-end: Flutter mobile apps for iOS and Android, a synchronisation engine that queues records offline and commits on reconnect, and a web dashboard for farm managers tracking live output across all active teams.

Worker-facing screens were designed for speed — harvesters log a passagem in under 10 seconds. Supervisors get task event logs, timestamps, and quantity totals without leaving the app.
